If requested at least 30 days in advance of session start date you will receive a 100% refund.

If requested at least 14 days in advance of session start date you will receive a 50% refund.

If requested less than 14 days in advance of session start date you will receive 50% as a credit toward a future session.

If requested after the session start date no refund or credit will be given

Art class will run rain or shine. However, in the incedent of forseen severe weather you will be contacted at least 90 minutes prior to the session by email and/or text message.

If incelment weather should occur durring art class, children and staff will take shelther in 462 Ashland St (the house across the street from Twinkle Farms Owned by Allison Key). We will immdeiately begin to call caregivers and/or emergency contacts for pickup. 

Whenever possible, the canceled session will be rescheduled.
